Billy’s Adventure to Courage

Exploratory work. A Final Year Project done based on the theme word “Bone”.

Billy’s adventure to courage is a children’s storybook depicting a series of cartoon characters on their quest for courage. It is targeted at children diagnosed with Cancer and their caregivers. The story was written by me and aimed to metaphorically portray the challenges and difficulties they will face during the road to recovery. The purpose is to provide a communication tool for caregivers to encourage and translate stories of hope and strength by relating actual stressors to the scenes in the story.
